How much thought have you given to your life plan?  Creating this new approach to life and health from the inside out is having an effect on me.  I’m looking into so many areas that have an impact on my life.  With each thing I read, I can feel a shift in me, sometimes small and other times big, but all impactful.  I wrote a book about the tools I used to discover so much about myself and how I changed my life.

It walks the reader through my life journey, where I was headed and what happened when I finally found the tools to not only change my life but free me from the old coping strategies that I had used in childhood that no longer served me in adulthood.  When I was able to go back into my life, see and understand what happened through adult eyes, I was able to look at my past differently.  This allowed me to have compassion for myself and see that what I did was my way of trying to stay safe in an uncertain world.  It also helped me shift my self-talk from harsh negativity to supportive, loving positivity that helps me stay in the present and not get sucked into the past.

The reason I bring this up is because it is these tools, these experiences that I have incorporated into Inside Out: A Different Approach to Life and Health.  As I am entering this next phase of life, I am thinking deeply about how I want to show up, who I want to be, to become.  I realize I have more life behind me than in front of me and I feel a strong urge to make the most of the time I have left.  So, I want to make a plan to live as fully as I can, so that when I come to the end of my life, it will be with curiosity and grace.
